How to Order

Please note:

Any orders received after 4pm Tuesday November 24th will not be processed till Monday November 30th. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

To place an order with the UVM Bookstore Online you need to create an account. To create an account please click on the login button in the upper right hand corner.  It will bring you to a page where you have the option to login or create an account.  Click on "Create an account" and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account with the UVM Bookstore.  Once you create an account all you have to do is sign in with the information you provided and begin shopping!

  Using the Shopping Cart- Adding items to your shopping cart is easy!  Click on the item you want, choose the size and color if applicable, and click on "Add to Cart."  Upon clicking on this button you will be brought to your shopping cart where you have the options to continue shopping or checkout.  If you choose to continue shopping and later decide you want to checkout just click on the "view cart" button in the upper right hand corner and continue to checkout.  If there are items in your shopping cart that you would like to be removed before checking out simply click on the "remove" button below the item's price.

  Checking Out- Once you have everything in your cart that you want hit the "checkout" button and continue with the onscreen instructions.  If you are not logged in, or your session has expired, you will be asked to login.  Your shopping cart will be saved and you can continue with checkout.  Much of the required information will already be filled in, but be sure that your order is being shipped to the correct address.  Your information will be used as the shipping address by default.  Choose the shipping method (see below for more information about shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. and other situations) and proceed to payment options.  Once you complete the checkout process a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in your account information.

  Shipping- The UVM Bookstore offers various shipping methods including Pick-up at Bookstore, Standard ground shipping and FedEx Overnight.

Please Note- Orders received after 8:00 AM EST will ship the next business day! Therefore FedEx Overnight orders received before AM Friday will ship out Monday.  There are No FedEx overnight orders for Saturday delivery.

    Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.- For shipping charges outside of the contiguous United States please call the UVM Bookstore toll free at (800) 331 - 7305.

    Maple Syrup-  For each jug of maple syrup please add $1.25 to regular shipping charges.  Please call the UVM Bookstore for shipping charges on multiple orders of maple syrup

   Textbooks - To order the books required for your classes, the first thing you need is your course schedule or a list of all the classes you are enrolled in. Once you have this information readily available, then all you do is match the course name, number and section/instructor's name with the drop-down boxes and all  the books for that class will be listed. 

   Merchandise - Our online merchandise is separated into several catalogs.   Just click on one to view the items, add the desired size to the shopping basket and then proceed to checkout.
