UVM Bookstore Covid 19 FAQ
Are you still open?
By order of the State of Vermont, beginning Thursday, March 26, the Bookstore will be closed until at least April 15th. This includes all operations at the Davis Center (main store, TechStore, Henderson’s Café, and Cat Pause), as well as our store on the Church Street Marketplace. We are still accepting orders through our website, uvmbookstore.uvm.edu
, but fulfillment times will be delayed.
Do you have supplies to help me telecommute?
Yes, the TechStore has an assortment of laptops, microphones, and headphones, as well as adapters, cables, and peripherals to help you work remotely. Please contact the TechStore at 802.656.3067 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still get Spring Semester course materials?
Yes, through our partnership with RedShelf, students may access up to seven digital textbook titles from participating publishers at no charge through May 25, 2020. Please visit www.about.redshelf.com/redshelfresponds

What should I do with my Spring Semester rental textbooks?
For now, continue to use your rental textbooks as needed. The Bookstore or Neebo will email you later in the semester with updated information for returning your books. As always, if you wish to keep your rented textbooks permanently, you may do so by converting your rental to purchase, provided that the credit card information you supplied at the time of the rental is still valid. If you have additional questions, you can call Neebo toll free at 1.855.558.2739 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still sell my textbooks?
Our daily buyback will be suspended as of March 25. We continue to gather information on available online and remote methods for students to sell their textbooks at the end of the academic year and will be providing additional information and guidance soon.
What should I do with my MicroFridge rental?
If you rented a MicroFridge for the 2019-2020 academic year and do not plan to return to campus, please email email@example.com
with your name and dorm name and room number to notify us that you no longer need your MicroFridge. We will arrange pick up with Residential Life. Additional information will be sent to all rental customers later in the semester with updated information for cleaning out and returning your rental.
