Pacific Arc's willow charcoal sticks are made from controlled burned willow sticks that are selected by hand. Each box comes with 4 high quality pieces of soft grade willow charcoal. This charcoal has a distinctive soft and velvety quality when used to create grit-free, smooth lines. Great for figure drawing, still life drawing, loose sketches and any other fine art where a smooth consistent charcoal is needed. Measuring approx. 0.5 inches in diameter, it's perfect for creating everything from wispy sketches to bold drawings.
