CLOTHING AND GIFT ITEM RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  Please make any returns or exchanges of clothing or gift items within 30 days of receipt.  Returns or exchanges on clothing will only be accepted on merchandise that is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Please use the return/exchange form enclosed with your order or call us at 1-800-331-7305 for assistance when sending back merchandise.  Be sure to include your order number on the return form.  A return shipping charge of $5.99 will be applied on exchanged merchandise sent back to you.  Please enclose a check payable to the UVM Bookstore or include credit card information on the return form.

TEXTBOOK RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

New Books must be in new condition, unmarked with no signs of use.

Used Books are returnable in same condition as purchased.

Shrink wrapped packages must still be sealed

Course packets are NOT refundable

Access codes are NOT refundable

For Fall and Spring semesters you have 7 business days from date of purchase (or date of online order pick up) until the end of drop/add. Those dates are posted in the store and on your receipt.

After add/drop there are NO returns on textbooks

For summer classes you have 2 business days from date of purchase.

MEDICAL BOOKS/ SUPPLIES RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

3 Business days from date of purchase on all medical books and supplies.
